I took a look at what Lippert and ourselves offer as replacements for the Lippert Solera awning, and the outer cover for the arm that you mentioned is actually offered as a replacement part.
Instead, to replace that piece, you're going to have to replace the entire arm assembly with something like the:
-Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm # LC281154 which will work with power and manual awnings, and measures 69" in length.

The Reese Goosebox you'll need and be able to fit on your trailer will depend on the actual trailer. In addition to the GVWR of the trailer, which will be used to determine the capacity you'll need (either 16k or 20k), you will need to know the pin box model number- either Lippert 1621, 1117, etc..
